1. Operational Review – conducted via conference call we arrange to speak with you and perform a detailed operational review using a series of audit-related questions derived from the audits conducted by various federal and state agencies. Once completed, we will review your results with our Compliance and Legal staff and provide you with a detailed report that assesses your operations for compliance with IC regulation in your state. Price = $350.00
2. Contracts/Document Review – send us your contracts and documents relating to your use of Independent Contractors and our legal team will review those to insure proper compliance. Along with this service we can provide you with various contract templates. Price = $500.00
3. On-Site Operational Review – the most comprehensive type of review will be provided by our Compliance Review Officer who will provide our standard operational review, enhanced by an on-site inspection of your operations and in-person interviews with key personnel and Independent Contractors . This is a full-day on-site program, with our Compliance Review Officer and other team members as needed. This option includes a 90-day follow-up to the review and any action items brought up in the course of our consultation. Price = $1,000 plus expenses.
